  • What benefits can I expect from the Wild Stretch Programs?
    So many! We'll cover just a few here. You can expect to double your flexibility (or even more!) along with reducing body pains especially in your hips, back, and neck. Other benefits included improved posture, more comfortable travel, better sleep, a better love life, reduced risk of injury, less pain, stress, and tension, improved circulation, more daily energy. Ultimately you’re just going to feel more like yourself - back to being a wild human again.
  • How do I sign up for a program?
    Click on “offerings” and choose the program that resonates with you, then follow the steps to enroll. You can also click on "Book Now" if you already know what program you want to book. Welcome to the wild side of life!
  • How do the Wild Stretch Programs work?
    Our Wild Stretch Program is tailored to fit your life and your goals. Choose from 4, 8, or 12-week packages, each carefully curated to progressively enhance your flexibility, minimize pain and discomfort, and foster mindfulness. During each class, you'll work 1 on 1 with a Wild Human Instructor in a live online Zoom session, offering you the freedom to participate in the program from the comfort of your chosen space. What really sets our program apart is the personalization—we align our curriculum with your individual objectives. Plus, you'll leave the program with a suite of lifelong tools designed to empower you with practical self-care techniques for enduring wellness. We don't just focus on temporary relief; We aim to equip you with the knowledge and practices that will support your body and mind for years to come.
  • What is Wild Human not?
    At Wild Human, we’re passionate about guiding you towards wellness and self-discovery, but it’s important to know what we are not. We are not medical doctors, licensed therapists, or healthcare professionals. Our methods are rooted in time-honored practices like yoga and mindfulness, but they do not replace professional medical advice or treatment. Additionally, we are not affiliated with any specific religion, spiritual path, or political party. Our space is a neutral ground where all are welcome to explore and grow, regardless of their beliefs or affiliations. We’re simply humans helping humans. Our goal is to help you feel better in your body and connect more deeply with yourself through proven, non-clinical methods that enhance well-being and foster inner peace.
  • Who are the instructors at Wild Human?
    Our instructors are experienced yoga teachers and stretch experts who are also trained in mindfulness techniques, therapeutic sound vibrations, and stress reduction. They guide you through each session with care, ensuring you gain valuable knowledge and skills, while enjoying a safe, effective, and transformative experience.   • Do I need any special equipment?
    We can work with all sorts of things that you probably already have around the house… so don’t let this step stop you from signing up! In our programs we consistently use: a yoga mat, yoga blocks, some cushions or pillows, a folding chair, and a yoga strap or belt. When you sign-up for a free Discovery Class, we'll email you details so you know what to expect!

    Absolutely! Our programs are tailored to suit all levels of experience. Whether you’re brand new to stretching or have practiced yoga for years, the team at Wild Human will help you find your wild rhythm.

    Our workshops are immersive experiences designed to deepen your group's understanding of the body and how to foster wellness. Each session is unique - but might include a blend of movement, mindfulness, and creative exploration, tailored to help group members unlock new levels of physical and mental freedom. Expect a supportive environment where your group can learn, grow, and connect with fellow Wild Humans.
  • What is a 30 minute discovery session?
    A 30-minute discovery session at Wild Human is your starting point towards a more mindful and balanced life. It’s a complimentary, no-obligation conversation where you meet one-on-one with one of our experienced instructors. During this session, we’ll discuss your wellness goals, challenges, and aspirations. We’ll also introduce you to our philosophy and approach to stretching, and mindfulness. You'll even get to try a few stretches - so come prepared to move! Think of it as a casual introduction to Wild Human, where we get to know you and you get to know us. It’s the perfect opportunity to ask questions, express concerns, and see if our methods resonate with you. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how we can support you in achieving a more flexible, pain-free, and serene lifestyle.
  • What are live, in-person classes like at Wild Human?
    Live classes at Wild Human are all about connection and energy. You’ll join a group of like-minded individuals in a welcoming space to practice stretching and/or yoga and mindfulness together.
