  • Check your inbox for an email with all you need to know, including a simple list of items to have on hand for your discovery session (no worries if you don't have everything!)
     

  • We'll connect with you through a live Zoom session (link sent to your email). Use your phone or computer - but the biggest screen you have is best! It’s easy, convenient, and you can stretch from anywhere.
     

  • We'll chat, and we'll stretch - and definitely no need to be a contortionist. We'll meet you where you are - so just bring your willingness to try!
     

  • Love the session and the vibe (we're pretty sure you will)? You'll have the option to continue with us for a full paid 4, 8, or 12 week program. Your journey, your choice.
